Eku is a Japanese food professional who has spent the last 20 years travelling and working internationally.
I am currently responsible for new product development at a large London based food retailer specialising in Pan Asian Cuisine.
Eku has extensive experience in delivering training and teaching programmes to a variety of age groups, with a particular, emphasise on Organic and additive-free cooking techniques.
She has worked professionally in Italy, France, Korea, Japan, U.K. and USA. Originally trained as a Chef Du Patissier she has diversified her expertise over the years into actual food growing and production technology and now enjoys making films recording her day to day activities. Eku is now working on a project to produce Japanese inspired Vegan and Vegetarian cookery books which should make this healthy eating style easily available to everyone.
